About Cargo
This little (for now) scruffy sweetheart is Cargo! Very well behaved and has a beautiful calm friendly nature, he's a nice gentle dog.
Cargo loves dogs and people and enjoys a good play with doggy pals and kindly shares his toys. He can easily entertain himself and after a while, if no-one plays with him, will trot off to his crate and falls asleep. A relatively low energy boy, he's likely to be a huge couch potato.
Snuggle time under warm blankets (and on beds) or snoozing with his foster siblings in front of the heater are also favourite things to do in the life of this gorgeous pup.
He enjoys car rides and will happily lay there and go to sleep, conserving his energy for the adventure that awaits once the car stops!
Cargo is a confident pup, who will happily meet everyone and say hello. He is quite food motivated, so ongoing training will be easy enough. He is already crate trained, is mastering the house training and is pretty good on his recall and basic manners.
Being white with some pink skin on his nose, he'll need some sunscreen so his nose doesn't burn in the sunnier months. As a large breed, his family will need to ensure a high quality dog food is given for the first 12mths to ensure bones grow strong and healthy.
He will require a family that will continue his socialisation and training, will allow him to live inside and be a real part of the family. A daily walk and some doggy play time will be enough to satisfy this boy, although adventure and activity is also fun and keeps his mind happy too.
Cargo is not suited to being left alone all day, so will require another dog at home for company or someone home most days.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
