About Mignon
Meet Mignon! Her friends call her Minnie though. She's a 4.5 year old 10kg pint-sized bundle of fun and laughs. She loves kisses, cuddles, treats, scampering about with humans and dogs, dancing on her hind legs and waving her paws in the air like she just don't care!
She's not really much of a "dog" if we're being honest. She doesn't bark, she doesn't chew things or generally get up to no-good. Toys aren't overly of interest to her. She doesn't need long walks or games of fetch or drives to the country (although she wouldn't mind the drive or walk as long as her humans are there). She doesn't stay up late or listen to bad music or hang out with the wrong sort.
In the summer, she enjoys spending time in the shade. She's not needy or anxious when alone, but don't mistake that to mean she isn't interested in affection! When you're there she wants nothing more than to cuddle in your lap, and when you're not she relaxes happily and quietly outside and waits for you to come home.
Minnie doesn't know many fancy pants tricks but does have a reliable sit and will shake both paws and comes when called. She is crate trained and in the process of house training as this is the first time in her life she's been allowed to live inside. She is more than happy to be out when you're at work, but a comfortable bed inside at night is a must as with any much loved family member.
She's basically "everything friendly". Dogs, cats, kids, adults. Loud, sudden noises do spook her into running and hiding, but it isn't an intense startle and she will come right back into the action with an encouraging call and the offer of a pat.
Mignon would do best in a home without much yelling but otherwise is happy to be with young and old, big and small, human or otherwise. If you've got a happy home for this happy girl contact Fetching Dogs today!

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
