Peppie is a sweet little guy who's hard a hard start. In his younger days he was left outside and not very well cared for. By the time his next home came along he had developed a fear of thunder and being left outside and fear that humans would hurt him. Over the years these fears have settled but he still has a few funny habits of growling, which ARENT a prelude to biting, its just his bad habit and way of communicating. So he really needs someone who is relaxed and not concerned with his funny little ways, someone who is a confident dog owner and understand he is just a bit strange but also very gentle and has never ever hurt a human or dog in his life. But adults only as a younger person might not understand him.

Peppie is excellent inside and house trained, he has a good routine - sleeps on little bed all night beside my bed - sometimes jumps up for a cuddle. He really wants to be the only dog and get all the attention. He has a lovely poodle coat that requires grooming, he doesnt shed.
Had pancreatitis about 4 years ago - but now totally healthy on vet id dog food (wet and dry) - but doesn't get any other food, this is normal for dogs with pancreatitis and they can live a completely normal and long life on the right diet.
