About Crash Bandicoot
He is perfect for a family with kids who will love to play with him all day and then cuddle on the couch all night. He has so much love to give someone. He is a loyal and eager to please pup with a quirky personality which is sure to make you laugh. He gets along well with kids and people in general, has been around cats and other dogs and is currently topping his puppy preschool classes. He is sure to win the hearts of anyone who meets him!
Medical notes
Unfortunately Crash didn't have the best start to life and he is still paying the price. He has Malnutrition induced ostosis and some tummy issues which with the correct diet and a little extra TLC we are optimistic that he will make a full recovery. Until then however we are trialling different ways to provide him ongoing comfort in his joints. At this stage he doesn't cope particularly well in the cold and has been a predominantly inside dog. His issues may reduce his ability to do some things at this stage but it hasn't had any ill effects on his outlook at life. He is such a happy and loving boy and would make a great companion or addition to any family. He will be well worth the time you put into him!
Adoption details
Firstly you will need to complete an application with your name and address and contact details for the microchip records. Our online application form is available on our website http://www.radarescue.org/online-application-form
Or an application form can be requested by using the Email Carer feature on the pet's listing.
Please note that while we consider all applications in the order in which we receive them, our animals are not adopted out on a first come, first served basis. Our objective is to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable ‘forever’ home available to meet the animal's (and the person’s) characteristics and needs.
The final decision about which new home the animal goes to is made by the foster carer based on their knowledge and understanding of the potential home and the personality of the individual animal. Sometimes it may take several enquiries before you find the right RADAR furry friend for you!
We will need a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 minimum to hold a pet for you whilst awaiting everything to be finalised, however this amount is deducted from the adoption fee.
RADAR expects full payment on exchange of the pet or prior to it leaving on transport.
RADAR expects you to be responsible for transport costs. We can help source appropriate transport options or help find accommodation if you need to travel and stay overnight.
It is understood that if all goes wrong that you can return the pet safely and unharmed to RADAR for a full refund within one week of the adoption.
