About Zander
Hi everyone. My name is Zander and I am an Amstaff x Bull Terrier. I am looking forward to finding a home and family who will love me forever!
You might have seen me on facebook a little while ago ... someone stole me and people everywhere were looking for me. I'm a little bit of a celebrity! I wish I could tell them all about my adventures, but all I really want to do now that I am back is to find someone to play and cuddle with every day.
I love other dogs, but as I am still young I can sometimes play a little rough and its probably better if I can find some housemates who are not too small (ps sometimes I can find the small ones a little annoying). Because of my rough play, it is best that you don't have cats or other pocket pets.
I have lots of energy and I just love to have a game of fetch. I also love getting out and about to see the world and I am so well behaved in the car. If we are off for a walk, I can pull on the lead a little at first, but I will soon settle down. I also love a game with the hose and going for a swim.
I haven't had a lot of time to learn everything I need to know, so if you would be able to give me some loving and patient training, I would love to learn so many new things. I am a smart cookie and quick learner and I promise to be a good student.
I am a good boy when left alone and I don't bark - but I will need to have high secure fencing. I like to meet new people, so if you are looking for a guard dog, I am probably not the right person for the job!
I am totally house trained and I would love if I could spend time inside with you and laze around - one of the lovely volunteers who took me for a visit to her house says that I am a big lounge lizard!
If you love to play and would like to teach me some new things and then snuggle with me of a night, I think we could be a perfect match!
My adoptio fee is $350 and includes my desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. I am also regularly treated for flea and worms.

I am looking forward to meeting you.

Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
