Hi everyone

My name's Kelsy! I'm a gorgeous girl who is now looking for my forever home.

I'm just a young girl so it's important to know that I am going to grow much bigger as I get older. I'll need my new family to spend lots of time with me teaching me some doggie manners and giving me lots of love so I grow up to be a well mannered girl.

I can be a little timid at times so I will need a patient and loving owner who is willing to work through these times with me. As I can be a little unsure in new environments or with new people it is important that you introduce me to these things slowly. It will also help me a lot if these situations are always made positive so that I learn that the big wide world isn't as scary as it can sometimes seem.

As we build up my confidence together I'm sure I will love to go for daily walks and regular trips to the park or beach. I would love to be able to meet lots of dog and other animals so I grow up to be well socialised with everyone. Ongoing training will be very important to keep me mentally stimulated and to help us build our team work skills!

I have only been at the shelter for a short time but I've already made some new friends if you already have a doggie playmate for me please bring them in to meet me so we can make sure we'll be the best of friends.

When I have to be left home by myself I would feel much safer in a yard that has secure fencing all the way around. It would also be great if you leave me with lots of activities to do to keep me occupied. Toys toys toys and more toys please! Oh and yummy long lasting and engaging treats such as a wobbler a kong or a big raw meaty bone would be delicious!
