Philly #5277

Philly had a bit of a rough beginning at the Shelter. He came to us with Entropion, which is a condition where a portion of the eyelid is inverted causing the eyelashes to scratch the eye. So Philly was in a lot of pain. Our Vet did surgery to fix his eyes, and now Philly is feeling better than ever and so ready to find his forever home. Philly is really really really friendly and super cute. You will love him as soon as you meet him.
