About Squeak - Chihuahua x Silky (on trial 20/08/16)
Squeak is a tiny 1.5 year old Chihuahua x Silky Terrier bundle of fun who is searching for her forever home with a human who will shower her with the love and attention that she deserves. Known as “Princess Squeak” and weighing only 2.6 kgs she is the cutest little girl you will ever meet.
Squeak is an inside dog and must be allowed to sleep inside and have access to inside at all times. Squeak is not suitable for children as she is only very small. She loves to play with toys and is quite active, so playtime is a must.
This tiny pooch loves nothing more than to sit on your knee and cuddle, she is the perfect companion. Squeak has been in foster care with up to 8 other dogs of all sizes but she would prefer to have you to herself or with another small dog.
Squeak is not suited to a house with cats, she is way too interested!!! If you would like to meet Squeak, do not have children or cats and are looking for a tiny little companion, then Squeak is for you.

Squeaks's adoption fee is $500 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
