About Arlo - Maltese x Papillion puppy (on trial 7/08/16
Arlo is a beautiful 10 week old is a very healthy male Maltese x Papillion puppy. Arlo is a friendly and energetic little boy who would love another friendly little dog to keep him company and play with.
Arlo loves to play with his toys and his siblings and doggy friends. He is a very loving little boy who loves to snuggle with you on the lounge while watching TV.
Like all puppies he likes to chew things including fingers and toes and being so small he is not suitable for families with children under 10 for his safety. All puppies need training and I always recommend puppy school to give him the best start to life.
Arlo is learning house training but of course he is only a baby and accidents will happen until he is older.
Arlo needs a family who is home most of the time and he has to be inside and a family member and is only available for adoption in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter, Port Stephens and Central Coast areas so he can return to one of our wonderful vets for his compulsory desexing when he is old enough, around 6 months he is not available for interstate adoption.
Arlo loves to have play time in the yard under supervision and will need a very secure yard with no gaps in or under fences.
Arlo’s adoption fee is $650, he has had her first 2 vaccinations and is microchipped, flea and worm treated and vet checked and will be desexed at 6 months when he is big enough and is in care in Beresfield 2322, a suburb of Newcastle . If you would like more information about this gorgeous boy you can contact her carer Debbie on 0408825714.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
