About Marlow-Max
**Marlow-Max is currently on hold for interested party, but please do enquire if you are looking for a similar greyhound.**
A LITTLE LOVEBUG MUNCHKIN
Marlow-Max is a joyous little nugget of energy, who overwhelmingly wants to please. A delightful, sensitive little soul, he is a quick learner and will engage with you wholeheartedly. He is highly affectionate, loves cuddles and definitely pulls at your heartstrings. He adores young kids, enjoys going out and would fit into a family situation perfectly.
Marlow-Max is a very small greyhound, but stocky and strong. He is well-socialised with other dogs and loves going for walks. Like many racers he experienced a common leg ligament injury. This doesn't bother him being a pet at all – but as with many greyhounds, he may get a bit of arthritis when he is old.
Marlow-Max loves playing with his toys and will proudly prance around with them in his mouth. You will laugh out loud with his antics and want to share in his gleeful attitude. This little munchkin is ripe for giving and receiving mountains of love. It would be best if he was not left alone for too many hours, because that would stressful for him – he has a lot of energy and simply loves engaging with his 'hoomans'. This means he definitely would not suit living with someone who works (away from home) fulltime or a family that is not going to spend time actively & positively engaging with him. Whilst he is happy to hang out with another dog for a while, living with one is not conducive to helping him 'mature' socially... he really would appreciate the wisdom of learning from a human. Human love will also help him attain good self esteem and clarity in making decisions.
Marlow-Max is ideally suited to a family with young children that will sit with him, play with him, cuddle him and let him rest his head on them – his face literally lights up the world when he is sitting amongst a group of little ones. Or perhaps you are a retired couple who are active/fun/light-hearted and want a dog who will turn you into a big kid again and be a large part of your lives. Most especially, Marlow-Max cherishes affection – cuddles, ear tickles, gentle strokes, and to snuggle up and put his head in your lap when you are reading or watching tv.
Would you like to welcome this little lovebug into your family home? Relish in his effervescent personality and share his never-ending smile? Come and meet him today.

Greyhounds are gentle, highly sensitive dogs that will surprise you with their ability to love and engage. It is expected that you will provide patience, love and encouragement to assist with the transition from life in a race kennel to becoming a pet and cherished part of the family unit.
They are mainly indoor dogs that need comfortable, safe places to sit and sleep so you must be prepared to accommodate this via suitable bedding and warm clothes in cooler months. A safe, secure yard is required and they need a walk everyday and/or playtime in the backyard. Most younger greyhounds appreciate a clean, uncluttered grassy area where they can do their 1-minute 'zoomies' a couple of times a day.
