About Pip ~ Bull Arab x, female (on trial 6/10/16)
Pip is a female Bull Arab cross (possibly with kelpie), 4 years old. She is used to being around dogs and small children. Apparently the children in her previous family would use her as a pillow. Pip is not overly energetic, she will play but also loves to just nap and relax. She doesn't require lots of exercise.
Pip will sit (still gets a little excited), wait for "OK" to eat (excited) and loves to go for a SHORT walk (very excited) and will benefit from a little more training.
Pip sleeps outside (coat for cold nights) but would not mind sleeping inside, if you would like, anything to make you happy. Pip has not been tested with pocket pets.
Pip was sadly surrendered by her owners as they were relocating overseas and they could not afford to take the dogs with them.
I think Pip would settle into almost any home, like any dog she needs some companionship, whether furry or human. She has no known health, medical or behavioural issues.
For more information or to meet Pip, please contact her foster carer Jill on 0422 124 717 or email jd-marchant@hotmail.com. Pip is in foster care in Tanilba Bay, NSW (Port Stephens, north of Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Pip's adoption fee is $350 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
