About Princess Mary
Princess Mary - a beautiful calico tortoiseshell tabby (torbie)
Princess Mary is hoping she will find her new forever home soon.
Her foster carer is moving interstate and can not take her.
It is now a year since she was rescued from a pound the day before she was due to be euthanised. She has now fully recovered from her early traumatic experiences and is full of purrs and love, though she still a little timid with strangers.
She would be happy in a quiet home with a mature person or couple with no children. She needs to be kept safely indoors but would also like access to a secure garden enclosure if possible. I will need to inspect potential homes so applicants should live within 1 1/2 hours drive of Penrith.
Medical notes
Princess Mary is a very healthy young cat. She is up to date with with vaccinations and flea and worming prevention.
She has been tested and is negative to FIV and feline leukaemia
Adoption details
Trial periods are given to ensure the cat/kitten is the Purrfect Match for your situation and refund is available within the agreed trial period that is geared to suit the individual cat.
If a cat is being adopted sight unseen, as in distance adoptions, we do require a home check to ensure our cats safety.
After indicating your interest in a cat or kitten you wish to adopt we put you in contact with his or her foster carer. You can then organize a meet and greet.
If you decide to go ahead with the adoption you are required to complete the adoption form and transfer of microchip paperwork. The foster carer will have these documents for you to complete or they can be sent to you via email. Payment can be made via direct deposit or cash to the carer.
We have transport opportunities available from time to time.
Cats are sold desexed, first vaccination and micro-chipped. They will be up to date on their worming and flea treatment.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless other wise stated as in the case of BARN/FARM cats.. ALL our cats are for INDOOR HOMES ONLY or specially built cat enclosures.. We rescued them off the street and would think nothing worse that they be placed back there and in danger of all the perils of modern day society. Please respect our wishes with these requirements. We care about our cats and matching the cat to the adopter is important as is the home they are going to.
All ages of cats are an estimate only as per microchip paperwork supplied by council.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
