About Murphy DL1413
Hi, my name is Murphy and I am looking for a home of my own. I have been brought up with kids so am a great family dog!
I can sit, fetch and I love a cuddle. I love visits to fenced parks so I can run around (I am too easily distracted to run free in an unfenced area just yet!) and I have always been an indoor dog.
Here is the important part, so please pay close attention: I love to play and chase, so I can be very excitable when meeting other dogs. On lead I am very vocal; you will need to be confident & assertive and must be committed to working on this with me.
I can become a bit nervous with change, so I will suit a patient owner who will help me settle in. I am house trained, love my toys and chasing balls, and I don't chew or destroy things! I do require regular grooming to keep my coat neat.
I haven't met cats, but did find bunnies way too interesting, so may best suit a home without small animals. I am very food motivated and have been working on sit and stay. Mark my good behaviour with a "Yes!" then reward with a treat - Yum!!
If you're prepared to continue my training and would love to have me join your family, please email today to express your interest.
Medical notes
Occasional cyst on front paw that usually self heal. I love Bully Sticks but no rawhide or cheese please!!
