About Molly DL1244
Molly is a lovely gentle soul and she would love to find a caring and active family to spend her days with. She can be nervous meeting new people but once she realises she has new friends she has a huge amount of love to give and is a very loyal girl.
Molly has a lovely balance of energy and snuggles. She loves a daily walk and run around the park and with regular time outdoors Molly loves nothing more than to spend the rest of her day lazing around the house and cuddling with her humans. She loves to chase a ball or football around and wresting is one of her favourite games to play, with both her two and four legged family members. Molly particularly loves treat toys, which require a little bit more of a challenge as she is a very clever girl.
Molly has been living with children and she really enjoys their company, however she can be a little jumpy at times while playing. Molly is very gentle with children but she needs to be with children who can tell her when she is getting a little bit naughty and needs to settle down. She loves to watch children play and she also likes to try and sneak in to sleep on the kids beds while they aren’t looking. She has become a loving friend to the human sisters she currently lives with and they are very fond of her.
Molly has been through a lot early in life and she needed leg surgery to repair an old injury that had never been addressed. Now that she is no longer in pain she has a new lease on life and is a lovely happy girl. She loves the water and will swim in the ocean (when its not too cold!). She is learning to be gentle and not pull so much on the lead and this is something she will need to continue to work on with her new family.
I believe Molly would be happy as an only dog with an active family she could spend lots of time with. I think she would equally enjoy living with another dog of similar energy levels pending introduction. If placed as an only dog it would be nice to see Molly continue to develop her socialisation skills with other dogs. Ideally like most dogs she would like a larger property to run around on, however would be fine with regular exercise.
