About Zorro
Zorro is an amazing little man, a big dog in a puppy body. He is a Maremma through and through he would best suit going to a home on acreage with someone experienced with the breed.
Like his sisters his rough start in life has meant socialisation was a little delayed but he is getting braver each new meeting with people and dogs.
He is crate trained and likes to sleep outside he knows how to sit, drop and look and is learning to walk nicely on lead. He is very treat driven which makes training very productive and his recall is pretty awesome. I would highly recommend taking him to obedience class, it will not only cement a great relationship with his new owner but will help immensely with socialisation in a controlled environment.
Zorro is a very affectionate guy he loves to be touched and cuddled and is very loyal he sticks very close to his human and with the right training he could possibly have the potential to become an excellent livestock guardian.
Medical notes
Zorro will be desexed, vaccinated & microchipped.

Completing this application form does not place you under any obligation to adopt.
Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc have a 10 day trial/settling period, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care once a foster home is found and the adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after the trial period there will be no refund made.
**Please note that all paperwork including the Microchip Change of owner form will be handed over after the 10 day trial period.**
Harvey Dog Training supports SHARI and has kindly offered to provide our adopted animals 30% off training/obedience classes. If you are keen to enrol your new puppy/dog please mention this in your email to us!
