Hi there I'm Hippo are you looking for a friend that is NOT a couch potato?? I love getting out and about going on fun adventures with my active new family. A daily run and exploring my environment is a great way to keep my happy.
As my name suggests...I really like my food. My friends here have been using yummy treats to help teach me some manners. I'm really good....I can sit! But I'm definitely a work in progress. Not that I'm stupid mind you I just get a little excited. I think that I would really enjoy some fun doggy games like agility or lure coursing. That way I can run to my hearts content and spend some quality time with you also....it'll be FUN :-)
I have met some dogs while I've been staying at the shelter. I'm not really fussed on them.....people are the ones I like. Cats and pocket pets are out too....you know I like to run and chasing things is a great excuse for a run.
I'd love to meet your whole family and I'm sure once you all meet me you'll fall in love....cause I am lovable.
