Pebbles was one of the dogs rescued from the plantation in Woodford. Now out of the cold forest, she is really enjoying the finer things in life like sleeping next to the fire and cuddling up to her foster brother.

Pebbles will require a quiet home, where she is able to sit next to her human or rest her little head on you. She’ll fall asleep on your hand with scratches under her chin. She loves her little bed in my bedroom, and will sleep all night in there, and greet you every morning when you first wake up like you’ve been gone for months!

Completely ignores 3 cats, and mostly the big dog, but occasionally play-bows at him for some attention. She’s 99% toilet trained (and that’s only when I’ve worked night shift and haven’t let her out in 8 hours because I was asleep). She travels well in the car.

We believe Pebbles would best be suited to an oldie or a retired couple in a quiet home. Pebbles really adores other dogs so MUST go to a home with another canine friend. She will probably always be on the timid side with strange situations, but a new owner will be just as good at socialising her and reassuring her - she does seem to associate the person she’s attached to with safety.
