About Murphy
Murphy came into care in an appalling state, with severe matting, the groomer was sure there was a dog under there somewhere and once clipped off the very handsome Murphy emerged.
It was then discovered that Murphy was visually impaired, as a result he is very quiet, and content to lay in a comfy bed or a comfy lap, when he is picked up a patted he has the waggiest tail I think I have ever seen.
Murphy would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a quiet, low energy dog.
Medical notes
Murphy requires eye drops twice a day to lubricate his eyes, this is really easy to do.
Murphy has a minor heart murmur that should not cause any problems, he also has some weakness in his back legs, due to a combination of being confined in a small space and the matting of his coat this should improve over time.
Adoption details
Prospective owners contact carers via email or phone, they can come and meet the animal and make application.
Once the animal is desexed and all vet work is done the animal can be adopted.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
