"For 56 days I have had a dream. A dream that an older gentleman like me should never have to have. I dream of a warm home and a family to love me for the rest of my life...
Each day I am here locked in a kennel I ask myself why I am no longer wanted. My thoughts are met with silence, it is as quiet as I am in my kennel - my bark has never been heard at the facility because I'm a good boy.
I see people walking past my kennel. My tail wags in circles and circles whenever I see someone because humans make me so happy. I have met another friendly doggy at the pound and I was nice to him so I think if you are reading this and you have another dog, we may get along with your existing fur-friend.
But for me this hasn't happened for 56 days. I am calm and gentle and looking for someone with a big heart to show compassion towards me and bring me home for my final months or years" - Max
Max is 10 years old, he is a mastiff x and his impound number is 2568. His adoption fee is $150 and it includes desexing, vaccination, microchipping, lifetime registration and a vet check.

- Sunday: 9am-11am
If you already have a dog and wish to adopt, we urge you to visit the facility with your dog for a 'Meet and Greet' to ensure that they are compatible.
All of our animals come desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, vet-checked and lifetime registered in NSW and this is included in the adoption fee.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
