Panda ~ 2.5yo Shih Tzu boy (On Trial 31/7/16)

Panda is a sweet little 2.5year old Shih Tzu boy. He’s looking for a wonderful person with a comfy lap that he can love and give lots of kisses.

Panda is a very happy boy – he is still young and loves to have a run around the yard or a nice chew on a toy. He is fairly well house-trained and knows some basic commands such as ‘sit’. He’s not a bad barker and if he has toys and a playmate to keep him entertained then he’s pretty content. His favourite place of all to be is on your lap.

Panda gets along well with other dogs – he is currently fostered with other small dogs and loves to play with them. He hasn’t met cats or other pocket pets so we are unsure how he would go with them. Panda would be best suited to older kids.

Panda is an inside dog and needs to be allowed inside, at least when people are home, and to sleep inside. He would prefer to have another dog as a playmate, especially if there isn’t someone home a lot of the time. He would be ok as an only dog if there was someone home most of the time to be with him.

Panda has a low shedding coat which needs regular brushing (every few days depending on length), bathing (every few weeks) and clipping (every 4 to 8 weeks) to keep him comfortable and beautiful.
