Penny is a quiet lady still getting used to being in a shelter. Penny was surrendered with her sister Tiger. They are both delightful ladies that would love to keep you company. They do not need to be adopted as a pair, but it would be nice if they could stay together. The only cat Penny would live with is Tiger.
