About Lawrence
Lawrence is a tame lorikeet brought in to us by a member of the public. Lawrence is a very relaxed bird and is not bothered by cats, dogs or humans. In fact he can often be seen coming to the bars of the cage to say hello to a curious pooch or chat to a human on heir way past. Lawrence is a young bird, who's beak is still transitioning to its adult colour, we are unsure of the gender. Lawrence would be suitable for any home, but can still be a tiny bit nippy at times, though we are confident that this behaviour will stop with proper handling and socialisation. Lawrence is free to a good home, but preferably to someone who has experience with birds and parrots in particular.
Adoption details
adoptions are organised in person directly through the clinic, we are located at 62 Moore St Leichhardt and are happy to have people come in and meet our animals any time during bussiness hours, which are 8am to 8pm during the week and 9am to 5pm on the weekend. Adoption fees are set based on how much medical care the animal has needed during it's stay, we do not profit and the fees are simply to cover expenses.
