About Fraya
** Fraya's trial went really well and she has been adopted **
Fraya is a gorgeous bully bursting with personality who has come such a long way since she came into foster care and is now ready to be adopted. Fraya would love to be adopted by a family who have time to shower her with love and attention, and also have another dog who can be her bestie. No small furry animals please.
People: Fraya LOVES everybody and easily develops a bond with kids of all ages, especially those with special needs. Due to her size Fraya would be better with kids who aren't too little so she doesn't accidentally knock them over.
Other Dogs: Fraya would love to share a home with another dog, but not more than one as she will get protective over her new best friend. She's not really bothered about her bestie being male or female, as long as they aren't a little fluffy dog.
Other Animals: Fraya isn't a fan of small furry animals - absolutely no cats, small fluffy dogs or pocket pets (or even fluffy slippers).
Behaviour: Fraya knows the basics, is crate trained for inside and great to walk on a lead.
Bulldog Quirks: Fraya snorts when she gets over excited!
Fraya loves car rides and would happily let you rub her tummy all day.
Don't wear fluffy slippers unless you're ok that Fraya chases you around until she can steal them from you.
Fraya is currently located with a foster carer in Port Pirie, South Australia and applications to adopt Fraya will be considered from within a couple of hours drive eg. Port August or Adelaide. A meet and greet with Fraya is essential, and if you hit it off a yard inspection will be done at your home prior to taking her on a 2 week trial.
Medical notes
Whilst in care Fraya has been desexed and had her cherry eyes fixed.
Fraya is carrying a bit of extra weight and will need to be kept on light meals until she gets down to the ideal weight.

Applicants will be assessed in terms of best suitability for the Fraya.
A meet & greet and yard inspection are essential parts of the assessment process.
The first 2 weeks of adoption is a trial period to ensure that both the Fraya and her new family are a good match. And once everyone is happy the Fraya's microchip will be changed across to her furever family.
