On Hold
Hello my name is Bella.
I'm a lovely golden girl of nearly 12 years and I'm hoping in my moments of solitude that my special someone is out there ready to make me a part of their family.
I'm a very quiet and respectful girl and I have a beautiful white and grey coat that I keep well groomed. I was surrendered to Lort Smith after running into some misfortune which left me with a broken leg that my previous guardian couldn't afford to mend.
I have been through surgery and a long recovery and now I patiently wait for someone to be my loving companion in my senior years. Someone who understands the effects of what I've been through and is devoted to keeping me safe and well. I want and need to stay indoors with you.
I am currently on a weight loss journey requiring three monthly pentosan injections and osteo support supplements for arthritis.
At this stage in my life I will need regular vet checks to monitor and maintain my health. A chat with the Adoption Centre will explain my ailments - they are not as concerning as they may seem.
I may be older, but these are my golden years and I hope they will be restful, peaceful and shared with a most loving and considerate guardian.
Please come and visit me so we can start our love story!
