About Monty
Monty is a beautiful 5 year old ex-racer and a real character.
Originally, his name was Hoppy due to a slight limp after he lost one of his toes, but we found that Monty suits him a lot better!
He has had a successful racing career with 137 races over 3 years and he has quite a stocky build.
He is very athletic and has muscles on muscles even though he retired over a year ago.
Monty can spring up and look over 2 m fences!
Monty is a total gentleman and shares his foster home with Pixie, another greyhound girl.
Pixie is a bit disappointed he won't play with her, but he is very tolerant with her - she's doing standover tactics to get him off her beds and out of her sandpit (which he dug the bottom out of with 5 min of furious digging).
He just rolls on his back when she bothers him.
Monty has figured out what sofas are for and just loves a good all day long snooze.
Monty is toilet trained too!

Monty is de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped and healthy.
Adoption details

2) We will send you our adoption inquiry form so we can learn more about you, your family and lifestyle.
3) Amazing Greys conducts a house check and introduces you to a greyhound we think matches your family and lifestyle
4) If we both agree that the greyhound is a good fit for your family, he/she goes on a 3- 4 week trial with you
5) After a successful trial period, the greyhound moves in permanently with your family.
We will keep in touch with you throughout the process and help you and your greyhound settle in.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
