About Jock
This poor boy was abandoned and left with a bowl and a kennel in the middle of nowhere!! He was scared and skinny but most of all completely lost. After many weeks a patient ranger became friends with this boy with the help of her doggie. Now after many months of Patience and confidence building we feel jock is ready to find his forever home!! Jock is still a very underconfident dog who will need on going managment and patience. As much as this sweet boy loves his doggies pals small and large he is not too keen on cats so therefore will not be suited to a home where cats live. Jock depends a lot on dogs for confidence around people so finding a doggie pal who can help him out will be a major part in him settling into a new home.
This young lad will need an experienced mature owner who can show him the ways of the world little bits at a time. Jock is very strong and as he is timid is not suited to a family with young children.
As much as jock needs a quite home to help him calm and relax he is also full of Energy and loves to play ball, so someone who is active and is willing to throw a ball for this fella would be a great way to start the bonding of what will be a very loyal companionship once he has found his person!
