About Lewis
Lewis is available for adoption! This gorgeous 10 year old staffy is recovering from ligament surgery, but is super keen to find his forever home and settle into retirement. He is a serious gentleman, however he is very affectionate and wants to be loved. Being older he no longer possesses the excitable nature that younger staffies have, but he still loves to have a play and a gentle game of tug of war. He definitely still loves his toys. Also a fan of water, he would enjoy a leisurely walk and perhaps a swim in warmer weather. Lewis is a big lover of belly scratches and will snuggle up to you whenever he can.
Lewis is great with other dogs, although cats aren't his favourite playmates. His perfect home would be with someone who is prepared to let him be an inside/outside dog and someone who is home a lot as he does suffer from seperation anxiety if left alone for too long. He will require high secure fencing as he can be a jumper when left alone.
Lewis is a beautiful older gentleman who is looking for some love and companionship.
Lewis' adoption fee is $200 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Lewis is also regularly treated for flea and worms.

Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
