About Frankie
He may look like a tough guy, but Frankie is actually a champion snuggler!
Hi, my name is Frankie and I'm a goofy bundle of enthusiasm. I’m looking for my awesome family to hang out with and call my own!
Frankie is a gorgeous dog with a big smile and big blue eyes. He is looking for someone who understands that at some point in his life he didn't have anything, so he finds it hard not to be a “vacuum” with his food.
Frankie gets on well with other dogs and sees them as an opportunity to play and have fun. He hasn’t shown any aggression to his cat foster brother and likes to be around him. Frankie loves children and enjoys playtime and their affection (we have a 2 year old and 10 year old)
Frankie is outside during the day and comes inside when we are home and enjoys laying on his bed in front of the TV. We have only had one accident inside at night however Frankie can also sleep outside if he has a good kennel under cover. Frankie does need a family who will allow him to spend time indoors as he loves his family time and being around everyone. If you want someone to watch TV with and enjoy snuggles with, Frank is your man!
Frankie’s ideal home would be with a family who are committed to continuing his training and able to give as much affection as he will give them. While Frank would like a doggie brother or sister, he would be ok in a home without other dogs as long as he gets loads of love. Frankie would do best in a house with children that he can run around and play with.
Frankie is learning basic commands and responds to training. Since being in care he has learnt to respond to his name, sit and wait for dinner. He is still only a youngster so will benefit from further training.
In the right environment and consistent training, Frankie will be a great and loving fur child.
If you're looking for a fun loving friend and think you have the perfect family home for Frankie, we’d love to hear from you!
Frankie is located in WAGGA WAGGA, a five-hour drive from Sydney or three hours from Canberra.
This pet will come microchipped, but council registration - if required in your state or territory - is not included in the adoption fee.
