About Paddles
Paddles has been in care for a few months now, and in this time has proven to be an inquisitive pup who likes exploring and is very quick to learn and easy to train. He is also very playful and loves his toys.
He has adapted well to being left alone in the yard during work hours, with or without another playmate present.
Paddles is very people orientated and has a loving temperament, and is quickly learning “gentle” and “settle”. He loves his one on one time with his carers, learning boundaries and chasing the ball and chewing his toys.
Paddles is very close to being house trained, and is very food driven.
Paddy is crate trained and is doing very well at this as well.
Paddles looks to be a shepherd mix, and has very nearly grown into his paws.
Paddy is accepting expressions of interest from people/families who feel he may be the pup for them and able to dedicate time to his ongoing training and socialisation.

Adoption details
Firstly you will need to complete an application with your name and address and contact details for the microchip records. Our online application form is available on our website http://www.radarescue.org/online-application-form
Or an application form can be requested by using the Email Carer feature on the pet's listing.
Please note that while we consider all applications in the order in which we receive them, our animals are not adopted out on a first come, first served basis. Our objective is to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable ‘forever’ home available to meet the animal's (and the person’s) characteristics and needs.
The final decision about which new home the animal goes to is made by the foster carer based on their knowledge and understanding of the potential home and the personality of the individual animal. Sometimes it may take several enquiries before you find the right RADAR furry friend for you!
We will need a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 minimum to hold a pet for you whilst awaiting everything to be finalised, however this amount is deducted from the adoption fee.
RADAR expects full payment on exchange of the pet or prior to it leaving on transport.
RADAR expects you to be responsible for transport costs. We can help source appropriate transport options or help find accommodation if you need to travel and stay overnight.
It is understood that if all goes wrong that you can return the pet safely and unharmed to RADAR for a full refund within one week of the adoption.
