Charming Charlie

URGENT foster home or forever home needed!!!!

He is a Maine Coon which is one of the largest cat breeds and he has personality to match! Charlie is very similar to a dog in personality and will chase after a ball, loves having a bath and enjoys being brushed to keep his white coat looking stunning!

He loves sitting beside you and enjoys pats, so much so that he will say thanks by licking your hands and head butting you for more!!! Charlie is a sweetheart and doesn't scratch unless frightened. Even though he loves cuddles, he also can be quite independent too and lounges on his own when he needs space. His favorite spot is by the window sticky beaking and enjoying the sunshine.

Charlie would suit a family that has some experience with cats as he does need daily medication as he has some manageable health conditions. He is good with other cats and dogs but prefers dogs who don't chase him! His home must be 100% indoors also due to his deafness.

Because he is deaf he can't hear how much noise he makes walking around so it can be quite humorous to hear him clunking around the house. He meows SUPER loudly when he is hungry but it pretty much silent otherwise. He likes to be fed on a schedule and will let you know when it's food time. Charlie is also quite smart and responds to some hand signals!

His carers say that he is good when taking his medication you don't even have to wrap or restrain him.

Charlie is an amazing cat who is looking for a fabulous family to take him in and love him.

None of his conditions impacts on his personality or life and they are easily managed and treatable.
