About Paddy & Honey
***No more applications please
Paddy:
Paddy is an exceptional girl and not enough good things can be said about her! Her loving nature and curiosity will always see her near you and keeping you company. Paddy is loyal, friendly, and will always greet you in the morning and when you arrive back home with a wagging tail.
Be prepared for plenty of soulful gazes as Paddy melts your heart!
A lovely girl who gets along well with dogs of all shapes and sizes, Paddy is very well trained and obedient. She loves walks, and will be as active as her new family would like her to be! Alternatively she is just as happy to be lazing away by your side.
A dog who has experienced many types of living, she is experienced playing with, and watching over, children and babies, and would love either a family with kids to play with, or a couple who can give her plenty of cuddles and lap time. Paddy is extremely patient with children, and loves cleaning up after their food mishaps!
Paddy is a dog that is very in tune with her family, and if anyone gets sick you can be sure to find her by their side, trying to cheer them up through constant company.
Paddy is a trained indoor dog, and has helped to train up other dogs with special needs and to help train puppies. Paddy’s new family should be happy to allow her to sleep inside and have a secure yard.
If you’re looking for a beagle that will bond with you quickly, give you lots of love, and be a joy to have as part of the family, then Paddy is the dog for you!
Honey:
Honey has come such a long way! Two years ago she was scared of almost everything after being rescued from a puppy farm, but now she is a new girl.
One of the sweetest dogs ever encountered, Honey will make you smile and laugh, as she sits in your lap and looks backwards at you with her beautiful eyes, or does zoomies as she tries to impress you with her speed. Although she might be nervous with new people at first, she quickly warms up once she realises they are friends, and new visitors quickly see what a lovely girl she is!
Honey is patient, and the thing she wants most in the world is just to be cuddled up on a warm blanket near you, where she can watch you and the rest of her family go about the day. She also loves to have her tummy rubbed, but somehow manages to get herself into the funniest poses to ask for it!
Honey loves walks, but should not be let off the lead out of the house, as she has a tendency to run after her nose. That being said, she is obedient and well trained, and loves her food!
Honey has her own beautiful quirks. She will try to get you to play with her, and almost manages to talk at those times as she tries to communicate with her soft growls and moans. She is a constant sweet presence that makes you aware of her through gentle touches of her nose to the back of a leg or hand. When at leisure though, Honey is more than happy to be as lazy as her family will let her be, and one of her favourite places to sleep is right at your feet while you and the family watch a movie or work away at the computer.
Honey has one crinkled ear as a result of her years at the puppy farm, but this is now just an aesthetic touch that adds to her volumes of charm.
Honey would do best with a family who has another dog, as she loves to cuddle up to a friend at night.
Honey is a trained indoor dog, and her new family should be happy to allow her to sleep inside and have a secure yard.
Medical notes
Paddy & honey are a bonded pair and will not be split up for adoption. Please do not apply for one girl as they are to be adopted together.
