About Honey
Honey came into the care of the Domestic Animal Birth Control Society (DABS) in September of last year. In October she gave birth to four kittens all of whom have found their permanent homes.
Honey's foster carer would love to offer her a permanent home but unfortunately Honey is frightened of the resident pooch. Sadly this means that she cannot stay with her foster carer permanently.
Honey is a sweet, gentle girl. She can be quite anxious which is probably due to living on the street for the majority of her life. The vet has estimated her age to be around 5/6 years. Since coming into foster care Honey has learnt to trust her carer and waits patiently every night to sleep on her bed, often purring when she gets pats but only when things are quiet. Honey seems to appreciate the company of other cats but will run and hide from anything that moves too fast including dogs and little kids. Honey would love to find a home situation that is relaxed and not too noisy. She seems to appreciate the company of other cats so would possibly do well in a home where there are other cats who would make her welcome.
Honey has been de sexed, vaccinated and micro chipped. She has also been tested for FIV and tested negative.
If we are able to find the right home for Honey the adoption fee will be nominal.
If you could offer Honey a permanent home please contact Sue on 98201668 for further information.
