Gavin

Meet Gavin - like all puppies (yes, he's only a year old!!) Gavin is an energetic, playful boy who thinks Zoomies is the BEST GAME EVER. He is also a super goofy, affectionate and smart boy who loves nothing more than to just be near you. Due to his size and energetic nature, Gavin is not suitable for a household with small children. He is also very frightened of men the first time he meets them, but warms to them quickly and soon they become his favourite humans ever.
Gavin does not respond well to aversive training methods and cringes easily to quick movements or raised arms. A gentle but firm approach to his training has seen some really fast results. He is so eager to please!!
Gavin is best suited to a quiet home without too many visitors, or with a yard that is separate to the general entry to a home as he is easily overwhelmed or over excited by strangers. Gavin needs ongoing training to help him to grow into the polite young man he is striving to be.
Gavin has lived with smaller dogs and has been with big dogs in his foster home. He loves to play zoomies more than play fight and he is quite nimble and quick jumping over flower beds!
Gavin will need gentle introductions to new people and new dogs as he's quite a sensitive soul who can become overwhelmed.
