What's not to love about puppies (especially BIG puppies)??
Who doesn't like happy, goofy pups who are all puppy breath, puppy smell and sloppy kisses??!
Who doesn't love licky, snuggly, cuddly, 'follow you everywhere and be your best mate' kinda puppies??!
We ALL love them!
So why am I writing a profile for this beautiful girl? Because puppies are super cute and super fun they are also a super lot of hard work and require a super lot of dedication!
Puppies quickly turn into dogs and if you want a well rounded, obedient, calm dog, then you need to put in the time into investing in a puppies future.
Reeva is a great dog. She's quite mature for her age. She gets on with everyone she meets and greets them with bounce and enthusiasm. She has been fostered with different dogs, two cats and a crazy eleven year old girl (& assorted crazy 11yo guests). She’s learning to be obedient, knows basic commands, walks well on lead and is a barrel of laughs to be around. But as an ever growing puppy she still needs rules and boundaries and she needs her new family to take her to puppy school and continue her training so she can blossom into a beautiful happy dog.
Reeva will be a fairly tall, but lanky dog, showing as she does a lot of her greyhound traits (including the “zoomies”). She's stunning to look at with her brindle colouring and expressive face and she has a goofy, endearing personality, but can be stubborn when it suits her. She is housetrained – placing herself at the door and whining to go out when she needs a toilet stop. She's definitely a "people person" (oops, dog) and loves human company. Having said that, she doesn’t always need to be in your face, she’s happy on her bed just chilling as life goes on around her. She also copes well outside on her own.
In summary, Reeva needs:
- A family dedicated to training.
- An active family that can exercise her on a daily basis.
