About Sally
Sweet & affectionate, Sally wants to be your lapdog and BFF. She is used to living with other dogs both large and small, and is cat-friendly.
Sally had to have a front leg amputated on 10 June. She had an old injury that made her limp severely when we rescued her from a pound. X-rays showed that infection had gone all the way into the elbow bones, which had permanently damaged the joint and caused her to have continuous pain in that leg. She has healed well and now is able to run around just fine on three legs, jump on and off the sofa, play, and do regular doggy things without suffering pain. She doesn't know that she has a disability, she's just a happy, loving girl with a big Staffy smile!
Sally is not quite fully house-trained, as she tends to wee when she gets too excited. We still want a home for her where she will be allowed indoors to be a part of the family, though. If you want an outside-only dog, Sally is not the dog for you.
Sally located in WAGGA WAGGA, a 5-hour drive from Sydney.
She is microchipped, but please note that council registration is not included in the adoption fee.
*NOTE: Sally is not available to residents of Victoria due to BSL.*
