About Murphie
Murphie is being fostered with his sister Cherry, with his foster mum and dad, cats, chickens and a large breed dog foster sister. He has been exposed to the cats and chickens, but spends most of his time with the other dogs. Murphie is being crate trained and sleeps well through the night with his sister in their own room.
Murphie is a curious, affectionate and gentle puppy, who loves playing tug-o-war with people and the other dogs and chasing his ball. He is a fluffy little snuggle muffin, who adores pats, belly rubs and giving kisses.
He is food motivated, which is very helpful in his training. He is learning to sit, wait for his dinner and come when called. At meal time Murphie can get distracted from his own food, and wants to eat his sisters, but he is quickly learning to eat his own food out of his own bowl with gentle guidance.
Murphie will be a high energy medium to large sized dog, and will fit well with an active family who have plenty of time for walks and games and will of course keep up with his training so that he grows up to be a well mannered and sociable boy. His gentle nature will suit him to a family with children who he can grow and learn with.
Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 free dog training sessions http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/ . So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Murphie.
Murphie will come microchipped, desexed, vaccinated (1st and 2nd), wormed and flea treated. He will be available for adoption once all his vet work is complete. Murphie is located in Blue Haven on the Central Coast, NSW.

Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
