Munchkin

Miss Munchkin is a shelter sensation. This completely special little kitten has overcome so many hurdles in her short little life and we are dying to send her off to the most perfect of homes as she deserves nothing but the best! Munchkin is an affectionate little girl who came into us as a teeny tiny fluffball of a kitten in her very first weeks of life. Over the course of her growing it became apparent to staff that everything was not as it seemed with Munchkin. Over weeks of testing it became clear that our sweet little girl suffers from some vision difficulties. The vets have determined she is partially blind. Munchkin see’s better in low light, and in an environment where her belongings are kept in relatively the same spots, she manages very well. Munchkin has been living in her own special section of the shelter, where she has a big enclosure and gets to play, eat, sleep and relax all day and she is doing splendid. We think in a home situation Munchkin would be totally adorable, she is smooch and affectionate, loving and cheeky and just needs time to settle in.
