Pippie

Pippie is very polite and gentle, and is an easy dog to take care of for any first-time dog owners, or families who don’t have time for intensive training.

Pippie is a big scaredy cat with gigantic ears. She is anxious and needy most of the time, and will get very attached to you very quickly. She loves being around humans and does not like being outside in the cold.

She is scared of loud noises and gets picked on by our chickens. She loves little dogs, but is scared of big dogs. We have not yet had any feline encounters, but she is very gently with babies.

She loves a cuddle on the couch and will want to sleep on your bed if you let her. She never barks, although does make a high pitched whining sound if she hasn’t seen you for a long time.

We leave her indoors when we go out for the day, and she will hold on to her bladder 'til we get home. She is very lazy and sleeps on the couch, but has little bursts of energy when she is outside with humans.

If you let her free in a big open space she will gallop like crazy, but she always comes back to sit on your foot when she has had enough.
