About Sissy
Hi! My name is Sissy! I came into the rescue with my siblings. I was unwanted by my owner and was pretty thin and covered in fleas. Luckily a few days in foster care sorted me out and I am now healthy, happy and totally loving life! I am used to children, get along great with other cats, and like dogs! I currently live with three big dogs and two other female cats, and have no issues. We all hang out together! I spend most of my time inside but each afternoon my foster lets me go outside with my foster-siblings and we hang out in a large grass enclosure. I really love getting on the grass and finding all the good sniffs! I am playful but independent. Affectionate, but not needy - the perfect cat!
Medical notes
I have been tested for FIV/FeLV (I was negative yay!)
Adoption details
There is a pre-adoption questionnaire that you can fill out to express your interest in one of our pets. Please message us to ask for one. Then we can meet up in a park or at your home to decide if this is the right pet for you! If you have other pets it would be ideal to bring them with you.
Adoption comes with a one week trial to make sure you are the perfect fit for each other and there is a contract for you to sign so you know we are all covered. Everyone is vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and desexed for adoption. If puppies and kittens are too young for desexing, this is added into a special clause in the contract and the surgery is pre-paid at the time of adoption. Then when old enough, the pet can be sent for surgery at no cost.
