About Missy~bull terrier x cattle dog, pup(Trial 16/7/16
Introducing Missy, bull terrier x cattle dog, only 11-12 weeks old. This little playful pup will keep you entertained for hours on end. She is super affectionate and will win hearts where ever she goes. She has loads of confidence.
Missy loves to play with the children and will happily play with dogs of all sizes. So far she is also great with cats and other animals. She is a typical puppy and will jump all over everyone (until you train her to sit or stand instead).
Missy is in foster care with her sister Lucy who is also available https://www.petrescue.com.au//listings/462966
Missy will suit a home with someone who has dog experience. Missy will need training and socialization like all puppies. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life.
As Missy is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens areas because she'll need to be returned to one of our vets for desexing when she's 5 months old.
Missy's adoption fee is $500 and includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and microchipping. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
For more information or to meet Missy, please contact her foster carer Amanda by phone 0438 660 547 or email cazmorris@yahoo.com.au. Missy is in foster care in Rutherford, NSW (west of Newcastle).

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
