About Pedro
This happy little chappy is Pedro! With a tail that never stops wagging! Pedro is currently in care with his foster mum, 2 older children and 2 host dogs. He absolutely adores children but does have a tendancy to jump when excited so probably best suited to children aged 8yrs+. Pedro gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home now that he has found his place in the pack and enjoys a good game of chase but has not shown any interest in toys. As long as Pedro has access to the great outdoors, he will take himself outside to do his business.
Pedro LOVES food. He is by no means a fussy eater and is now learning his manners when taking treats from your hand. He's proving to be a quick learner and has great recall when off leash. Due to Pedro's past experiences, he has shown to be protective of his food with other dogs and will give a warning growl if he feels threatened. This is currently being worked on in his foster home. Pedro is fantastic on leash and lovesss his walks. He sleeps inside either on his doggie bed or the lounge (if he's allowed).
Pedro has not been exposed to cats in his foster home so we are unsure what he is like with pocket pets but would be lovely to see Pedro be adopted into a home with another small furry friend who enjoys to play or as an only dog as he truly does love the companionship of his humans. Being left alone (with his furry friends) doesn't seem to phase this guy, but he will certainly let you know how much he's missed you when you return....even if it was just to go to the letterbox!
If your looking for a low maintenance furry friend to be your loyal companion, then you need to find out more about Pedro. He loves to snuggle with you and follow you wherever you go within the house or yard. Pedro is such a happy little being, full of life and just waiting for a place to call home.
Pedro will come microchipped, desexed, vaccinated, wormed and flea treated. He is available for adoption now and located in Lake Munmorah on the Central Coast, NSW.

Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
