Cody, dog and children friendly

Hello. My name is Cody and I'm about 6 months old and the vet seemed to think I am a Ridgeback X.

I'm pretty tall for my age and am only going to get bigger, so I hope my forever family understand that.

I love to play with my foster sister who is as tall as me and she is nearly 2. I also love going on walks and meeting other dogs. My foster mum says I walk well on lead, but am still learning when to stop and sit before crossing the road.

Sometimes I get a bit excited to see my foster parents when they come home from work and jump up, but I'm getting much better and staying on all fours. It's just the initial excitement of seeing everyone.

I have a big, bright and friendly personality. You just have to meet me to see how awesome I am. I love cuddles and have been caught watching the tv before bed time.

My foster dad has small kids and I played with them all weekend. Not sure how I am with cats, but I think it would just depend on the cat if they like dogs.

I would love a family to call my own. I have a lot of love to give and you will see that when you meet me.
