About Milli
Milli is a sweet-natured dog who has quickly adjusted from being a back-yard dog to living in a foster home on acreage. She follows her foster dad through the paddocks, "helps" with the stable chores, and goes for rides in the ute. She is friendly with other dogs, leaves the cat alone, is fine with the horses, and thinks the llamas next door are very weird dogs. Milli is used to being kennelled at night with a chew bone.
She is used to being around children. She will bark an alert when a stranger comes on the property, but keeps her distance until introduced.
Milli is located in WAGGA WAGGA, a five-hour drive from Sydney or Melbourne.
This pet will come microchipped, but council registration - if required in your state or territory - is not included in the adoption fee. .
Adoption details
Our goal is to match pets' personalities and exercise/training requirements with people whose lifestyle they are best suited to. This reduces the chances of the pet winding up in a pound again. Please don't feel offended by our adoption process, it is for everyone's and every animal's benefit:
1. Submit application for adoption (obtain at Best Friends Pet Rescue website).
2. Homechecks are conducted on short-listed approved applicant(s).
3. Best match selected according to the pet's personality and needs.
4. Successful applicant notified, and must place holding deposit while transport/pickup arrangements made.
5. Adoption transaction completed.
