Billy

Billy was born with a cleft palate. His owner syringe fed him initially and then surrendered him to our Adoption Program when he was 6 weeks old. He has had two surgeries to repair his cleft palate so far. He will require at least one more at his point and monitoring of the stability of his palate will need to be ongoing throughout his life time.
