About Turbo ~ 4yo Red Cattledog boy (on trial 18/07/16)
Turbo is a 4 year old red cattle dog and the most beautiful boy that you'll ever meet. He steals everyone’s hearts with his happy bubbly nature. You can’t help but smile when you see his beautiful face and when he is giving you cuddles.
Turbo loves playing ball, going for walks, relaxing in the sun and most of all cuddling up and giving all his love to you. Turbo is house-trained. He is a smart cookie and can sit, stay and sometimes shake, but he would love to have some more training.
Turbo gets along well with other dogs. He would be best suited with a happy playful companion, although he is quite happy to be the only dog as long as he has toys and someone to give him plenty of love and attention. Turbo is great with kids - he is currently in foster care with a young child and is good around them.
Turbo loves to be outside – he’s happy to stay outside all day playing with his toys or relaxing on a comfy bed, soaking up the sun. He needs to be allowed to sleep inside of a night where he can be warm and comfy. He loves a nice little brush every couple of days to keep his beautiful coat shining and a bath every couple of weeks to keep him looking and smelling sweet like the gentleman that he is.
Turbo’s ideal family would be a loving family that involves him in family activities, play with him and give him the attention he deserves.
For more information or to meet Turbo, please contact Mary on 02 4982 5671 or email mary.glasbey@gmail.com. Turbo is in foster care in the Cooranbong, NSW (Lake Macquarie) and is available for adoption interstate.
Turbo's adoption fee is $350 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
