Lucy is an older dog and would be better suited to an older person or couple looking for some company. She loves to den under your bed so she knows where you are at night. She loves to be all wrapped up and snug in a blanket.

Lucy is not demanding or one to be jumping up expecting cuddles all the time, though of an evening, she does like a cuddle on the couch, who doesn't. So long as she feels safe she is happy.
Lucy loves going for walks and drives in the car and coffee shops, she has a funny little happy dance as you prepare to go. Lucy is very well behaved on a lead, walks right beside you and doesn't expect to be carried like some other smaller dogs. She is quite the independent little girl. Lucy is just happy doing her thing. She doesn't jump up or get excited about anything other than walk time and meals.
She will come looking for you if she needs something, Eg, to go outside, a quick reassuring pat, just checking on you.

Lucy has no issues with her foster carer's dog, just acts as if nothing is up. Happy to walk with other dogs but doesn't interact other than share the couch. On the street Lucy isn't particularly fazed or interested in other dogs, she just likes to sniff things.

Being a smaller dog, fences will need to be adequate. Though Lucy is a home body, it's best to ensure no holes or gaps are available, just in case as she likes to also venture out following her nose discovering the worlds great variety of smells.

Lucy is hard of hearing, to what extent it is not known, she responds well to visual cues and direction as required

Lucy eats well and is not a fussy eater, your dinner will be perfect thanks very much. Lucy has been enjoying home cooked meals and Natures Gift brand foods.
