About Terry
Terry is a tame male (we think) Budgerigar who was found as a stray in Leichhardt. He interacts well with humans and hasn't tried to bite any staff who have handled him. Although we haven't tried him in a cage with another budgie, he interacts well through the bars with another stray we have in the clinic, so would likely be fine with a cage mate as long as they were introduced properly first. He is a calm and quiet bird, who doesn't chirp much, and would be suitable for a home with children or other pets. Terry is available free to a suitable home.
Adoption details
adoptions are organised in person directly through the clinic, we are located at 62 Moore St Leichhardt and are happy to have people come in and meet our animals any time during bussiness hours, which are 8am to 8pm during the week and 9am to 5pm on the weekend. Adoption fees are set based on how much medical care the animal has needed during it's stay, we do not profit and the fees are simply to cover expenses.
