About Alfie (Adoption pending)
Okay, don't all rush in at once.... but this little cutie needs a new home!
"Alfie" is an approximately 8 month old shih tzu x. He is a gorgeous boy, friendly and sociable. He has nice manners and basic training (though he has spent much of his life living outdoors so needs just a little bit more work on house-training - he's on his L plates at the minute!!) He is great with dogs, cats and kids and we would prefer that he go to a home where someone is home as he loves company (though he is okay being left alone for reasonable periods of time). He would really suit a young family looking for a companion with lots of energy!
We expect a lot of interest in this sweetheart so if you are interested, please email us at safeavonvalley@gmail.com. Your initial email should include some photos of your yard and some information about your family. Alfie can't wait to meet his new family!

Thank you for taking the time to view one of our lovely animals. We love them all and we hope you will too.
If you would like to know more about an animal please call Freedom on 0409 000 259. If it sounds like you and the furry creature are a suitable match then we will pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to meet them.
Once you have met the animal and wish to go further then we may organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure (dogs only). You can then take your new family member home on a 2 week trial and if you decide they are not suitable then you can return them.
If you are not sure how existing animals in your home might be affected, or you want a little extra time to get to know the nature of the animal, we may allow you to foster with a view to adopt.
