Harley will need to be adopted by someone who is willing to spend the time to train him. He can be disobedient and thinks it is a game if you need to catch him or get him to drop something. Still very much like a naughty puppy even though he is now 2. Basic training is okay such as his name, sit, stay and come but everything else makes him very excitable. The vet does not think he had ever been walked as he has no muscle tone whatsoever.

Harley would probably be best as an only dog. He likes to be your shadow and would do best in a home where his humans are home a lot.
