Finn would be be best suited to a family that has no other pets and where he can lead a calm and peaceful life. He is happy go lucky, loves cuddles, especially belly rubs and will follow you around like a little shadow. He loves going on outings and walks very well on the lead.
Due to contracting meningitis and being on steroids for a prolonged period of time he can get a little reactive with new sights and sounds but a bit of patience will see him trotting along soon enough. Finn would not be able to go to a dog park or live with other dogs as he doesn't understand the their body language but is happy to meet them along his walks.
He is perfect in the car, has basic training and he has also been crate trained. He has no separation anxiety and is happy to be left home alone. His reactivity issues can usually be easily soothed with a cuddle and a treat. He deserves a loving, peaceful home and for that you will have his heart.
HEALTH NOTES
Finn has congenital alopecia and non pigmented skin and can be susceptible to sun burn or skin cancer. He needs to be an inside dog to protect his skin and will require sun block or a sun shirt suitable for animals when he's outside during the day.
